In the process of investment mould precision casting, pouring is the key link of casting forming and the whole casting process.Due to the high carbon content of carbon steel, it is easy for carbon steel to oxidize with atmospheric oxygen at high temperature, resulting in oxide scale affecting the surface quality of casting.In order to prevent oxidation, SSG introduced the nitrogen making machine. Compared with the traditional "bucket-holding" process, it has the following two advantages:
First, nitrogen is more environmentally friendly to avoid the black smoke generated in the bucket-holding process, thus protecting the air.
