Production Equipment
1. Mold Room
Now about 7000 sets of molds for production

2. Waxing workshop
The wax injection workshop is equipped with 22 wax injection machines, including 9 double-station machines, providing stable and efficient wax pattern production. Integrated with automatic wax injection robots, automatic tree assembly robots, and an automatic hanging conveyor system, the workshop achieves a high level of automation, ensuring consistent wax pattern quality while improving production efficiency.

3. Shelling workshop
SSG operates two shell building production lines designed for high consistency and production efficiency.

The 1# semi-automated production line is equipped with 6 robotic manipulators and 12 drying lines. Except for the primary ceramic coating, all shell building operations are completed automatically, providing stable process control and consistent shell quality.

The 2# fully automated production line utilizes 5 KUKA robotic manipulators with dedicated automatic lines for the primary coat, secondary coat and backup coats. The system automatically performs gripping, slurry dipping, stuccoing, hanging and drying, enabling fully unattended shell building with excellent process repeatability.

4. Smelting workshop
The melting and pouring workshop combines advanced melting technology with standardized process control to ensure consistent metallurgical quality and reliable production performance.

Equipped with induction melting systems, shell roasting furnaces and vacuum melting capability, SSG can manufacture precision castings in a broad range of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper alloys and nickel-based alloys. The production layout is designed to maintain continuous operation during furnace maintenance, ensuring stable production capacity and on-time delivery. Vacuum melting capability also enables the production of high-performance alloy components for demanding industrial applications.

5. Post Treatment workshop

SSG provides comprehensive post-treatment services for precision investment castings, including cutting & grinding, shot blasting, pickling and passivation. Equipped with a variety of automated equipment, the workshop delivers efficient processing while ensuring consistent surface quality and preparation for subsequent machining or final inspection.

6. Heat Treatment workshop

SSG operates 14 in-house heat treatment furnaces capable of performing a wide range of thermal processes to meet different material and application requirements. Available heat treatment processes include normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, solution treatment, aging, carburizing and nitriding, ensuring the required mechanical properties and long-term performance of precision cast components.

7. Precision Machining workshop
SSG operates a dedicated precision machining workshop equipped with 100 CNC machines, providing complete in-house machining services for precision investment cast components. The workshop combines advanced CNC technology with automated manufacturing to ensure high machining accuracy, stable quality and efficient production.

The machining workshop is divided into three production areas:

CNC Turning Department:

56 machines, including 38 CNC lathes, 16 turning-milling centers and 2 vertical turning lathes, providing turning, threading and machining of rotational components.

CNC Machining Center Department

40 machines, including 7 three-axis, 24 four-axis, 3 five-axis machining centers, 4 horizontal machining centers and 2 engraving & milling machines, capable of milling, drilling, tapping, complex surface machining and precision machining of intricate geometries.

Automated Machining Cell:

Integrated CNC machining centers and CNC lathes with robotic loading and unloading systems enable automated continuous production, improving machining efficiency, process stability and product consistency.

Machining Capability:

CNC Turning: Maximum machining diameter 650 mm, maximum machining length 1,200 mm. Selected short workpieces can be machined up to 800 mm in diameter.

Machining Centers: Maximum travel 1,050 × 530 × 510 mm, capable of machining workpieces up to approximately 1,600 × 670 × 620 mm, depending on fixture design and part geometry.
